Our activities, which began in the automotive sector in 1972, continue today with a well-established corporate structure under Tuğrul Kardeşler Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Having completed our institutionalisation process and taken our company title in 1986, our firm has combined more than half a century of industry experience with a professional approach to service and an evolving technical infrastructure.
Among the important milestones of our pioneering history in the automotive sector are our experience of being Türkiye’s first authorised service and of operating as the first organisation to serve with the Chrysler Truck 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) concept.
In 2008, we expanded the scope of our services by adding the Hyundai Truck Sales, Service and Spare Parts dealership to our organisation, taking our expertise in the commercial vehicle sector even further.
We carry out our activities for the light and heavy commercial vehicle segments with a comprehensive range of products and services. We provide spare parts and repair services for the Otokar Atlas and Sultan, Mercedes-Benz Axor and Atego, BMC Fatih and Pro, Ford Cargo, MAN, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Iveco Daily and Eurocargo, and Hino and Hiex vehicle groups. By supporting our wide brand and model coverage with our industry knowledge and strong supply network, we respond to the varied technical and operational requirements of commercial vehicles.
Our areas of activity cover mechanical and periodic maintenance, technical fault diagnosis and repair, spare parts supply, tyre sales and service, and battery sales and replacement solutions for commercial vehicles. In the service processes we carry out with our technical equipment and experienced team, we are guided by product suitability, technical requirements, continuity of supply and service quality. Offering spare parts and technical services within the same corporate structure enables us to respond to our customers’ needs with a holistic approach.
