- Contact form data: full name, email address, phone number and message content.
- WhatsApp contact data: the phone number and message content you share when reaching us via WhatsApp, also processed under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Cookie and usage data: device/browser information, approximate location, page views and on-site behaviour, collected via Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Microsoft Clarity only with your consent.
- Technical data: IP address and timestamp retained in server logs for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Responding to your inquiry and contact request — performance of a contract / acting upon your request.
- Improving the site and service quality, analysing usage statistics — legitimate interest, only through analytics cookies enabled with your explicit consent.
- Fulfilling legal obligations and protecting rights in potential disputes — compliance with law / establishment, exercise or protection of a legal right.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
We use analytics services (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) only if you provide consent. Under these services, limited technical data may be transferred to the service providers' (Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation) servers located abroad, to the extent necessary to provide the service. Data submitted via the contact form or WhatsApp is processed solely to respond to your request and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention Period
Data submitted via the contact form is retained for a reasonable period following resolution of your request, and for as long as required by our legal obligations. Cookie retention periods are listed by category in the Cookie Policy section below.
